There side would great for lunch. I think they would be great with those ribs you have made.
Oh and rice is life. I am part korean, and it is a staple in my home. These would great to have while watching football.

Thanks for these!! Great sides, I will be making all of these!
Another great thing to do with plain rice is to substitute chicken or beef broth for the water snd add 2 tbsp of butter also.

Firstly, love the videos. We love grilled broccoli. Our twist is to toss in olive oil and season with garlic parmesan popcorn seasoning. I throw it in a shallow iron skillet and my husband grills it. Yummy!

Just a disclaimer, my 'family' is my partner and our dogs, but I love to make the green bean salad from yotam ottolenghi's plenty cookbook. It's green beans, snap peas, mustard seeds, tarragon, red onion, red chile, lemon zest, and chard leaves. It's fresh and yummy and really really easy bc there's no cooking

You just keep hitting these videos out of the park, Mandy…seriously ⚾ I love opening up YouTube and seeing that you've posted another video. I have been in such a "sides" rut, lately. Mashed potatoes and rice can only go so far. So excited to try the Crack Corn recipe! Any suggestion on what to add so it's not so spicy…my kids are not so keen on spicy dishes.

I do a side salad that is made from baby greens, baby spinach, finely chopped red onion, chopped Roma tomato, crumbled blue cheese and chopped walnuts. The dressing is Ken’s raspberry vinaigrette and it is almost a meal as my family loves it so much.
