What did you use after the Chinese 5 spice?
At about the 5 minute mark you added something out of a container and you said it was star gees or something, what was that? Also hope you kept the chopping board, the burn marks give it character. Great conversation starter…

Yup, you have it going on Kait! You're not afraid of a little fat on meat items (fat is tasty-fat is our friend ;)! Fresh garlic & ginger root is one of natures ancient medicines, I put it on just about EVERYTHING! I see you use Chinese 5 spice too…yup, you deff have it going on kiddo…😃🍸🍲👍👍
