Hi Poonam! Thank u for ur recipe/video. I made a batch in my new IP duo mini and used 1.25oz of chicken breast (2 pieces) I followed the recipe to a T and when I went to shred the chicken it was all raw in the middle (only the outside was cooked. Soooo I just repeated the 12 min again and it cooked. A bit tough but w the juices w the sautĆ© it works well thank u! No manual button on mine so I used pressure cooker on high (thatā€™s what reddit said to do. Ty!

My chicken was a little pink towards the thicker side of the breast. I think after shredding it and cooking it with the onions and garlic, it should be fine. I'll find out at lunch tomorrow.

Great video! Thanks for the recipe. We got an instant pot for Christmas. May I encourage you to watch your video and notice how many times you preface a word or phrase with, "uh" or "um". Minimizing that will make your videos flow better and giveĀ  a more confident feel to your instructions.Ā Happy New year and blessings!
