Yes, the name may "appeared" deceiving but there is not heat on the top of a rice cooker so… no burnt top. BUT, just serve it upside-down ๐ and you'll still get that 'burnt look' ๐

1. Your parchment paper looks unique. N big enough to pour in the batter. May I know where can I get this type of parchment paper, any special name for it?
2. Never use oven before.
May I know what's the meaning of preheat oven ?
Is it need to heat the oven for 10 minutes,only can put in the batter ?
