Sadly, not an authentic Cantonese recipe…😞😞.
Simply beautiful! Enough said!
Do l need to buy a high pressure stove & wok? Or can it work on normal electric stove?
Nice, only change I would make is to use Apricot jam in lieu of Strawberry jam. Adds a bit of tanginess.
I made this tonight and it was everything I wanted it to be. Thank you so much. Great, easy to follow video too ❤️
Strawberry jam is so wrong!
Yummm
I really wanna try it but there is one ingredient that I have never seen it: the one called Hawthorn. I have no idea what it is and as far as I know it doesnt naturally exist here in Brazil. If anyone can give me a light on how to look for it or even change it for something similar, I would be really thankful!! 🙂
Which part of meat to use?
Sarap
wow, buddy really beat his meat. I guess anything goes on YT
Just finished eating this. Highly recommended very good. Tastes better than the take out around here
Which “starch” is that?
I don’t know why I watch these videos, knowing full well I can’t cook. 🥴😭
Ffs americanized chinese food
More like 180 C with those rapid bubbles….
no need to add White sugar . ketchup and homey is sweet enough
Beautiful
What was the ingredient that was just before the sugar
Great recipe thank you… But are you sure that oil temperature is 180F? I am pretty sure it should be 180C or 350F.. I will test🙂

First fry cooks meat 120 -130 F , second flash fry high heat to crisp the meat 180 C or 350 F. Cant fry 180C for first fry….. will burn. Just a mathematical error to otherwise excellent video
what kind of specific starch that he used?

THAT IS BEAUTIFUL, MY GOODNESS THAT IS DELICIOUS I NEED IT!!! I WILL MAKE IT. WE DO NOT HAVE CHINESE RESTAURANT WHERE I AM … CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?
yum looks so delish😋😋
You DO NOT EVER put KETCHUP or a tomato product in Sweet and Sour. The ancient Polynesians and Chinese did not have Tomatoes or anyone else in the Eastern hemisphere until the 1800's.
I had no idea that strawberry jelly and frikkin Ketchup was used.
Sweet and sour pork yumyumyum
Fire 🔥
It was way too much sauce in the wok, the finished shot of the dish was different😅
请问用了什么酱汁调配
This is not how we cook sweet and sour pork.
Trust me it might taste a lot differently!
I tried it out myself and it does taste absolutely good.

It looks delicious!
看师傅的手艺是一种享受,专业而正宗,学是学不来的😂。以后每次去饭店点这道咕咾肉时都会想起有位大厨亲手示范过这道料理。👍
Nice ..delicious
So nice 👍👍
Kalami ba!!!!!
I'm guessing the oil temp "180°F " really means "180°C" … or 350° Fahrenheit. Oil at 180°F would not cook anything.
