Usually I do my roasts in the slow cooker for 6-8 hours but I did it your way for 45 minutes and it was tender, juicy and SO FLAVORFUL!! This is also how I do my gravies and the meal is perfection! Thanks Frugal Fit Mom!! Liked & Subscribed!!
