Over the years, I’ve switched to browning hamburger in a stock pot as it keeps the stovetop clean and there’s never a problem with overflowing. Ooh, that Fajita Chicken must be delicious! Thanks for more good recipes!

Love the quick and easy dinner ideas! Tonight for dinner I had a chopped steak sub with cheese, mushroom sauce, banana peppers and onions. So good! Have a great evening and May God Bless. ❤️

Do you think that it would work to pan grill the onions and peppers? My son doesn’t like onions or peppers but my husband and I love fajitas all dressed up, if you know what I mean? Both meals looked good! When you cooked the sausage and cream cheese if you add a regular size can of Rotel and cook it on your stovetop it makes a yummy dip: use Tostito style chips. You may have already made this before. Oh, as you did your sausage and cream cheese, add some cheese as well, but roll into log shape in the fridge for overnight. Next morning, slice to make small disc shapes, bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes just toasted to the color you prefer. It’s addicting to eat! Gale Flowers 🌸

I was going to say use foil for a lid, but alas I didn’t get here fast enough. In also years ago the Walmart use to sell splatter screens, May still have them, or on Amazon… big ones, you layer the foil on that and use it as a lid. “ make sure you measure 📏 before you order. There’s a story behind this. Someone said oh it looked 👀 so big on the picture, 🤣
    Love y’all, God bless
