Beef Pho but I was told you never mix the sauces with the broth…just dip your meat in the sauce and eat. keeps the broth clean and delicious

that's why you seperatly par boil the meat/bones for any soup before cooking them into a broth to remove any scum

I get busy and don't have time to make pho the traditional way. I tried making pho your way and it was so much easier! I've been making pho this way ever since.
I just figured out you can make bone broth in a pressure cooker in 2 hours and it tasted just like the 2 day slow cooked version was great in chicken soup so will try with pho next. Great video love your happy sunny style.
