I'm a vegetarian so I'll be taking that instant chili flavored top ramen thank you very much. Also seeing the live lobster made me sad but at least you did the deed as painlessly as possible. I've seen some horrific shit done to water animals.
I actually have a cookbook I've been using for a couple years now, "Ramen At Home" by Brian Macduckston. It has both vegetarian and meat-based recipes, along with a lot of side dishes that can be served with it . I think the avocado tsukemen and the hiyashi chuka ramen are some of my favorites, but a classic shoyu ramen is always great. Would be cool to see your takes on some of the dishes in it.
Awesome. instant ramen is a starter — like pasta. It is how you prepare it that really makes a difference. It doesn't have to be full of expensive ingredients. A beautifully cooked soft egg, mushrooms, etc. That is all it takes. Thanks, dude.

I love the video but I dont think you can really compare spicy korean ramen and japanese ramen because while both are ramen they are still completely different, but still love the video.
