    Hi there, I've been making Keto Icecream lately using Allulose as the sweetener. It is scoopable straight from the freezer. In your Brown Butter Pecan Icecream recipe, if you replace the Stevia Drops for Allulose, it will be scoopable straight from the freezer – even after weeks of being in the freezer.
    The ability for an ingredient to not freeze is called the 'Freezing Point Depression Coefficient'. Allulose is twice as good as sugar in this regard, so it's even better than sugar-based icecream for being scoopable straight from the freezer.
    I just thought I would let you know, just in case you didn't know this. I think people would love to see a recipe on your channel for icecream that is scoopable straight from the fridge.
