I am glad Dr Brookner said that BMI is often inaccurate as too many health professionals rigidly rely on it. According to BMI I am slim when in fact I am at least a stone overweight and feeling awful and unhealthy
My face was always gaunt when I lost weight on a high animal protein/fat diet (and the cravings day and night for starches were driving me crazy). Now I've lost weight again (for the last time!) on a WFPB way of eating, my face looks great and I'm 56, I thought I would become gaunt again and that I couldn't do anything about it but I didn't become gaunt and my skin is glowing.
Question for Dr. G. please!? On You Tube, February 7, 2023-a Top Mt. Sinai GYN oncologist surgeon spoke to group of female cancer patients telling them to Avoid estrogen plants in diet- specifically Soy, Flax, chickpeas?— Please refer to her talk “Understanding the Relationship Between Estrogen and Edimetrial Cancer”. At minute 50 in the Q and A. Can you Pleeze comment on her comment? Thank you! 🙏❤️🤷♀️
A brief discussion about thinness was raised. My only concern is that as we age we lose muscle mass. Chef AJ and others who are thought of as possibly being too thin, do you make efforts to maintain or develop a “healthy” lean body mass?
Great topic and just what I needed. I lost a lot of weight on a WFPB way of eating and felt great for a few years. Then this last year I felt weak and lost my high energy I had at first. I wasnt sure if this was the right protocol as i dont have any diseases that i know of. Been doing this for only 4 days and am feeling better already. Thanks Dr Goldener and Thanks AJ for bringing the Dr Goldner. For me, I was having , thinking back, too many starches but not enough fruit and veggies. I also excluded healthy fats. So this is a God send for me

Testimonials better than science.
I love watching all your videos, but especially Dr. Goldner. Are you aware, Chef AJ, that your last statement is always cut off before you finish?

Thank you Dr. G and AJ! Any thoughts on using Hypernourishment to live longer with Advanced, Inoperable endometrial cancer?
I started consuming more smoothies and blended soups to optimize my digestion. I get less gas and boating and feel slimmer.
❤️❤️
How does your green smoothie compares to Ann Wigmore energy soup
