Subscribed. I can always appreciate good cooking videos. Many cooking channels explain everything way too fast, like they're in a cooking contest or don't explain WHY they are doing something specific. This is perfect.

I just found you! I love your style! I am cooking for only 1 person and I have some issues with the amount of food I can eat. I usually eat 5 or 6 small meals. I have a 1/2 lb Chuck eye steak and was looking for an Italian recipe for it. Thank you for the excellent video because I am going to be able to use some of it to make my dish! Your Italian Beef stew is gonna be mixed with my beef plov (beef and rice pilaf basically)! I just needed a little help! Thank you for the Italian help for me!

Ciao Mariano e signora… Just found your channel when I was researching a recipe, and you earned a new subscriber when I found your "minestrone" video con i fagioli romani that you grew in your garden. (We still have some in the freezer.)

"Ma quante risate"! You're a hoot!!

Mum makes it the same way: "butta dentro queo che te ge!" (In dialetto Trevisan, obviously.)

Bacioni (figuratively) e saluti da me e da mia mamma, who will watch this tomorrow morning. (b. 1932 & still going strong too).

Siamo immigranti anche noi, da 'le vostre parte', cioe: Vedelago ("tira el spago"), P. Treviso.

Can't be 100% sure, but judging by your accent, & surname, I'll wager we're from the same region?

Please stay healthy, strong, and so naturally funny, and please keep on cooking & teaching our simple delicious old 'contadini' style recipes on Youtube. (Practically a lost art eh?)

We'll keep watching, to hear someone who still sounds (and cooks) like we do.

    Arrivederci e… cin cin!

Just discovered this channel on Reddit and I don’t think I’ve ever watched a cooking channel that’s so Feelgood. God bless you Mariano and you’re family, stay safe in these uncertain times!

Most underrated channel I know. Love Mariano, think the quality of production is fantastic and the just the right amount of comedy. Fantastic. Hope Mariano and family stay safe! I'm going to try this recipe since we're all going to do a lot more home cooking soon.
