    Anybody seized with the urge to top that bowl of chicken noodles in Alfredo sauce with a handful seitan based "chicken" nuggets?

    "No, really, the meat is made from flour and gluten and the noodles are made from meat. Total switcheroo!"

    Winner, winner, chicken noodles. This may be my all-time favorite I’ve watched. Thanks! My granddaughter was diagnosed years ago with celiac disease, then a few years later they determined she didn’t have it after all, and only recently they’ve gone back to the original diagnosis 🙁. She’s so unhappy about it, but I’m going to sneak these noodles into her diet and make her really happy, because she’s a noodle fiend!

    This is a good option for ppl who have trouble consuming "whole meats" and require their meat pre-processed due to digestion issues. Because the chicken is blended into a paste and boiled, it's much easier on the stomach, and could benefit elderly ppl with digestive issues and those of us with Gastroparesis and other motility disorders making meat digestion an issue.
