Everything looks great! š You can also remove 1-2 cups of the cooked potatoes, mash them & add them back in with a little milk to thicken up the soup. šš„°

Yum! You are right about the broccoli. When I first got my IP I followed a recipe that had me add the broccoli with the beef. It was like broccoli soup and so gross! I havenāt tried it since, but this recipe looks good l.
How is that to clean out? I have been on the fence for so long about getting one because I worry about the pan being difficult.

Love the beef and broccoli! I can't have sesame seeds, so I'd have to leave them out. However I thin mushrooms would be good added to this. Love your recipes Kelly!

I have a pressure cooker. Will check to see if I can do what you did. Do not own a air fryer. Husband not interested in one. Love your recipes. Have tried many of them. Some hubby like, some he didn't. A very picky eater even after 51 years of marriage.

I have Ninja Foodie. I am making a 10 bean soup in my pressure cooker. Will add sausage and green beans and slow cook that all together for a few hours.
My Ninja Foodie is a pressure cooker, air crisper, roast/bake, steams, dehydrator, and more. I cant remember all it does. Lol.
They are all so handy whatever the brand it is.
I've also been looking back at some of your videos. Have you done any breakfast foods in the pressure cooker? What can be done besides oatmeal?

I actually have to buy a new pressure cooker. For some reason mine isn't wanting to work lately. It wont even come to pressure. Mine is the actual instant pot brand. It's even the pioneer woman one. I checked this out on Amazon and I will probably get it in the next month or so
