So I tried your recipe for the mashed potatoes and loved them. I do have a question I want to make a 5lbs bag of potatoes. Is it possible to do so In the insta pot I have the 6-qt insta pot. And if so would I have to add more time, water and salt or would it stay the same besides adding 2 extra lbs of potatoes? I’m planning on making them for Christmas dinner and have a lot of people coming the 3lbs you do in the video for the mashed potatoes is a perfect amount for me and my husband and have left overs for two day but I’ll have lots of people over so I’ll need to use 5lbs of potatoes.

This cranberry sauce is wonderful. I increased the sugar to 1 cup because my family doesn't like it so tart. After taking off the heat I also added 1 tsp of vanilla. Passed out tastes for several to try & it's a winner. Perfect for Thanksgiving tomorrow Thanks for a great recipe
