Simple is always more yummy than complicated to me. Everytime I've done a complicated recipe I've lost interest by the time it was ready and it's always just another meal. and then there is the dishes. Now if someone else prepared it for me . . . I know it would taste better . . . and a good glass of wine . . . mmmmm. And hopefully they do the dishes, too. But simple always tastes just as good, if not better, when I have to cook it. The smell alone gets me drooling. And the dishes take less time.
