My husband and I have been following a plant based diet for a few months and I am not losing any weight but am maintaining. It was not until I found your channel that I realized how much calories oil is adding to my meals. Today was our first meal cooking without oil and our salad dressing was oil free too. Thank you for the great healthy recipes.

So you need to know this … it’s my lunch break and I’m trying to figure out what I can have that stays in the perimeters but of course is still delicious. So I remembered this video and you have several like this but I pulled up the latest and I didn’t even watch the video because I’ve already seen it so I just scanned the meals that you posted and picked taco salad, had the cheese made already and had some frozen peppers, already had rice made in the fridge so I was good to go! Thank you for lunch!

Great recipes. I’m looking forward to trying that Taco Bowl. I wanted to ask about peppers. When I cut them I try to freeze them they always thought out and they are slimy. I’m wondering how much of your vegetables are store-bought versus the ones you cut up yourself and bag them in the freezer.

love these meal ideas! I am craving some spring rolls so I think I need to make some tonight, I also enjoy the process. Lastly, I'm not sure I ever said but your cheese sauce is my favorite and I tried them ALL! Thanks Tia

Hi Tia, is your frozen broccoli already cooked before and then you freeze them? I buy frozen vegetables but I need them to cook first. When I would do it your way my broccoli would not be ready yet🙃

All the dishes looked Top Shelf Tia 🙌🏻🙌🏻.
I sooo wish we had squeezable Tahini here ☹️. Was it you that mentioned to scoop out a jar of Tahini into a blender whizz it up and then put it back into the jar and then it won’t separate? Well I did that a couple days ago and fingers crossed 🤞 so far so good, no separation 🤗🤗

Tia- would you be willing to “talk tofu” for me? 😃 it’s not something I’m terribly familiar with. You’ve used it in a few recipes recently and I really want to give it a try! I don’t know which one to buy, or how to prepare or even store. Many many thanks and glad you’re feeling better!

Ooooh I needed this video! Perfect for lunches which sometimes catch me unaware and I end up being hangry if I can’t toss something yummy together in a few minutes! I’m a new vegan and after 3 months I’m burned out on Buddha bowls. I love Asian food so I’m gonna try those summer rolls with some baked sesame tofu I bought the other day for a different recipe. Since I’m just cooking for me, I’m sure I’ll have a bit left over that I can put into the summer rolls! Yum!!

I'm a pantry chef at heart too, and yet I was still making it hard on myself. I'm in the kitchen for an hour to two, so I just wouldn't stick with it. I found your channel last week and absolutely looove how easy you make meal time. You've truly inspired me, thank you!!

Thank you Tia! So happy to see your gorgeous face. Been praying for you that you're feeling better. I'm sure the comment section has already mentioned multiple times what I'm about to say, but I NEED to say it anyway…… You're so gorgeous you don't need makeup 😊

Thanks for the recipes. I am now developing a lot of recipes on my own. My cream of Mushroom Soba noodle soup is to die for. Because of you and Healthy Emmie, I am now a WFPB no oil person. In a year from now I hope to lose substantial weight. I am 72 and want prove that it is never too late to try!

♥️ Another great one. The tahini soy sauce combo is my new my favorite. So easy. Excellent flavor profile. Would’ve never thought of it on my own. Your cheese sauce is my favorite as well. Thanks for the MacDougal soup ideas as they are making my lunch prep so much easier. Love being a pantry chef ♥️
