A good variation of the Cranberry Chicken is to replace the cranberry sauce with a jar of apricot preserves…it is so good!

These all sound yummy! I've made that same cranberry chicken recipe numerous times. I was skeptical at first bc those ingredients do NOT sound good together, but it's delicious! I've served it as is, over mashed potatoes or noodles. Thanks for inspiration 🙂
