Stand out for me,because Iโm looking for a recipe that is up my street for a nice tomato based meal,like your first meal- I have small pots of Philadelphia light – you think that would work ok??im on my own,so only cooking for myself
I do understand about the tomatoes- Victoria,please try Sainsburyโs taste the difference Majestic tomatoes. I just had them again and they are by far the best tomato Iโve ever had from any supermarket. They feel, cut like satinโฆtheyโre not big, but outstanding xx

I had cockles, laverbread, black pudding, and thick Welsh bacon it was absolutely amazing but I don't know if many people outside Wales would like it, or inside for that matter . Your recipes are wonderful ๐
