    What type of work do you do? Poor you! Yet you still took the time to inspire us with recipes. Some of your recipes have become quick go to stables, such as lentils and tomatoes in the InstaPot.

    FYI I think pepper become red as they mature and become less spicy. Perhaps if they were picked early they would still be green and hot. 🤷‍♀️
