I think the first recipe is called Wedding Soup. My dad and I used to get it at this one restaurant I used to love. I'm not sure it survived the situation or not. Wedding soup is a little bit different.

This might be a really dumb question but is an Instapot worth it? Would it be more cost effective to have an instapot that cooks things faster OR is the slow cooker more ecnomical wattage wise? Which take more electricity? I think it's the Instapot? People keep telling me how great theirs is and how efficient but I just don't know.

Using orzo is a great idea. I was watching a video this morning on homemade rice a roni and she used vermicelli, which I don't normally have. But I always have orzo. I'll have to try it out
