Hey Mandy… I have an easier way to make that.
    1 package of Stew meat
1 family size can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 16 oz. container of Sour Cream
1 small container of sliced mushrooms
1 package ( bag) of extra wide Egg Noodles
Use your own seasoning to your liking.
I use: salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley.
    Directions:
Using a little bit of cooking oil in the frying pan cook the Stew meat until done. Then drain out the excess oil that came from the meat leaving just enough to cover the bottom of the frying pan.
Next add the sliced mushrooms to the meat and cook for about 3 minutes.
Add all of the Sour Cream and Cream of Mushroom soup with the Stew meat/Sliced mushrooms combo in the pan and mix it well while still cooking ( Low heat, so it doesn't splatter) for about 6 minutes. Turn off burner, cover pan with a lid, and boil your noodles in another pan. Drain noodles when done, and spoon the sauce over the noodles.
    Hope you like it 😊

Hi Mandy, I love watching your videos and have to tell you that they are informative and comforting to me. I often just have them on as a nice background noise. Fiesta chicken is a win win for me, and have made it many times with rice and or chips! Love your style, cat, and commentary, and family as well. Thank you for putting out these videos, and they are fun, informative, and comforting to watch!

Looks like something we call "throw it in the pot skillet" here. I love watching your videos but you needing a break is totally understandable! I don't know how you come up with all the wonderful dishes week after week but it's got to be exhausting. Thank you for all you do for us.

Hi Mandy. I didn’t mind that there were only two recipes because they both were amazing! πŸ˜ƒ I was just thinking about making a beef stroganoff. I definitely will be making that! Thanks so much for sharing πŸ€—

Your second meal brought a smile to my face. And when you said there were things in your fridge that needed to be used up, I laughed right out loud, literally. This is something my grandma would’ve called β€œmust-go”. You open your fridge and anything that needs to get used up β€œMust-Go” πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
I sure do miss her and this was a happy memory for me. Thank you for that 😊

I make a similar beef stroganoff (but it’s the original Betty Crocker recipe). The main difference is it calls for some ketchup in the liquid base you cook the meat in. I use my instant pot and use the cheaper cuts of meat (like stew meat). I’m with Stephen and like mine β€œsoupy” and sometimes leave all the meat/mushrooms for hubby and just enjoy the broth and noodles. You can top with poppy seeds for a tiny bit of crunch.

I feel like I’d want to dump the contents of the slow cooker into a pot and cook it on the stove in order to get the sauce to thicken up more. That’s just me and how I know my family would prefer it. However, that would not change the flavor and I’m so excited to give this a try. Imagine my excitement when I saw this recipe. I spent a better share of yesterday searching for Beef Stroganoff recipes. Little did I know that Steven had already done all the footwork πŸ˜‚. Thank you for such great videos!
