Today I am making an easy recipe for tinga de pollo. This is a spicy shredded stewed chicken, that is great for tacos, tostadas or even quesadillas, which is what …
THANK YOU so much for your channel 😭 I live on my own and I never learned my mothers home cooked recipes. Now I can start making things on myself. Thank yooouuu
Idk where to find those chillies :/
Where did you get your potato and onion containers?! So cute.
I made your version of tinga the other day. It was so much easier, and healthier than sauteeing the chicken. I chose to shred my chicken after it cooked so it would be better served on tostadas. I love your recipes!! Please keep sharing.
That chili water is what you give your chickens in the winter to keep them laying in the cold. 😀
I Love your videos. Thank You.
It would be very cool if you put the equivalent of Fahrenheit in Celsius degrees in your description box, when you cook anything in the oven.
Oh my gosh!!!! How can something so simple, taste so good! We had this tonight!!!! Sooooo good! Thank you!
Confused on why you are using guajillo chlilis. But to each it's own. I've just never anyone to put guajillo chilis.

Another delicious looking recipie to try I can’t wait 😋 also I don’t know if you have done a video for this yet or not but I would really love to see one from you on Asado De Puerco it’s one of my all time favorites to get at restaurants but all the recipes I find online seem so different so I’d love to see your take on it at least!
Your chicken looks delicious
Can i come over for dinner?

Yummy. 😋
I loooove chicken tinga 😍🤤
I love many of the traditional Mexican dishes you make unfortunately it's different to find some of the ingredients here in rural north east Pennsylvania.
That looks amazing as always, I love your recipes.
Yummy 😋 thanks for sharing your recipe mama,it reminds me of my mom’s cooking.
Sounds yummy!
Looks good!
Looking beautiful today
Mama, that sauce looks fantastic!
Can't help but think of the 2 wild roosters and 2 chickens seemingly on a double date I saw wondering through a gas station parking lot earlier tonight.
Common in NE, FL.
No chicken dinner for me anytime soon….
Love tinga especially with some onions and queso fresco!!!

This is definitely going to be made this week in our home❣️❣️ Thank you❣️❣️
Love tinga.
Not only do I like your recipe but I enjoy your pleasant voice. Thanks
Everything you make makes me hungry! What's better than a tostada? I like a layer of refried black beans, then lettuce, tinga, tomatoes, and cheese… with salsa verde and pickled jalapenos.
I don’t like using the chili steeping liquid either. It’s bitter and I feel like it has dirt in it.
ty for posting
When is your cook book coming out?!
I must have been in a coma or something for I have never heard of "tinga". Is that short or slang for something?
I love your channel! You make a lot of the foods I grew up with. So I’m wondering if you know something my Mom made. It was a a sauce she made with cumin and garlic and tomato sauce/gravy. She added flour to it so it was a little thick and she cooked it with pork chops. I don’t know what it’s called. Does anything like that sound familiar to you?
Awesome thanks so much
Looks delicious
