    I made your version of tinga the other day. It was so much easier, and healthier than sauteeing the chicken. I chose to shred my chicken after it cooked so it would be better served on tostadas. I love your recipes!! Please keep sharing.

    I love your channel! You make a lot of the foods I grew up with. So I’m wondering if you know something my Mom made. It was a a sauce she made with cumin and garlic and tomato sauce/gravy. She added flour to it so it was a little thick and she cooked it with pork chops. I don’t know what it’s called. Does anything like that sound familiar to you?
