I’ve been making these with pre-soaked beans, but I’m trying them un-soaked this time. I’ll come back and let you know how they turned out!

I’ve had 2 Insta-pots die on me. So I’m using a “Corsair” now, which turned out much better. Amazon was so kind to send me one for free after 2 Insta-pots died on me, and the customer service lady I spoke to said she uses it herself constantly, and it’s just as good as an insta-pot. Insta-pot is awesome, I was just unlucky. Not every machine is perfect.

Yummy. I plan to try but will add the rice to the bean and vegetable cooking liquid at the end so it absorbs that flavor and not the plain water. Thanks for sharing.

From SW Louisiana aka Cajun Country & that looks amazing!
I'm loving my Instant pot & use it in our semi truck for just about everything. 2 nights ago, I did a Shrimp Boil with potatoes, corn & onions. Sure beats fast food from truck stops.
Thanks for all your videos. LOVE spending time with your kids & love your shopping plus cooking videos. ❤❤❤
