Hi my name is Russel and I was wondering do you have a recipe for a Éclairs
I forgot to put the mustard and salt and pepper…. So I took the ramekin outta the oven and put the spices in and mixed it with a fork, hopefully it'll still be good, if it isn't I won't blame you
What about a little bit of granulated garlic? They look delicious!
Very clear, thanks for the recipe
A pinch of nutmeg does wonders for this recipe, FYI. Try it and you will see what I mean! Also tried it with roasted pear and gorgonzola…. OMGGGGG!!! (you could use chevre goat cheese instead of the gorgonzola) It's a beautiful sweet and savory flavor combo that I can't get enough of.
could I replace some of the ingredients in the recipe to change it into a different kind of soufflé?
Thanks!

If we don't have ramekins, are we able to use a shallow glass casserole dish?
