I've been without my oven for about a year due to a flood. I found your recipe several years ago and made these and they were AMAZING! I didn't think I'd find you again! So glad I found this. I'm subscribing now. Thank you! 🙂

Thank you for your tutorials! You are amazing! Have tried your toblerone cookies, choc chip cookies recipes and they are soooo good. I will try this souffle. You are so interesting to watch, recipes are simple to follow. I always go to your channel whenever I want to whip up some nice stuff. Thank you David! Trelly from Singapore.

I forgot to put the mustard and salt and pepper…. So I took the ramekin outta the oven and put the spices in and mixed it with a fork, hopefully it'll still be good, if it isn't I won't blame you

A pinch of nutmeg does wonders for this recipe, FYI. Try it and you will see what I mean! Also tried it with roasted pear and gorgonzola…. OMGGGGG!!! (you could use chevre goat cheese instead of the gorgonzola) It's a beautiful sweet and savory flavor combo that I can't get enough of.
