Hi Kim:. I always have a problem with finding things for breakfast but that last casserole dish you did looked so good. I must try this and freeze. I can always cut them in squares and take a square for breakfast. Yummy.
Thank you for this. So many of the freezer breakfast meals are more bakery items. I have to careful to limit grains to some extent. Animal protein and veggies!!!!

Also if you spray wide mouth canning ring with some cooking oil they act as egg shapers for breakfast sandwiches for those of us who don't own the pans and what not. Also sheet pan eggs cut into circles works as well!

Those breakfast sandwiches are a staple of mine. I used to beat eggs and add milk, then bake in a pan so I had a scrambled egg loaf/rectangle then I'd cut into pieces. Now, I spray a muffin pan and crack 1 egg in each muffin well. It does use more eggs but it's easier and the perfect size. I put mayo and bbq sauce on mine with a piece of cheese and 1 slice of cooked bacon broken in half. 🙂

I defrost cheese from freezer in refrigerator and I have not any issue about slice it up 🙂
To make the round eggs use round cookie cutters canning rings. I always toasted my muffins first too, so many recipes don't. That's a raw muffin.

Breakfast prep is the hardest for me, my husband is allergic to eggs and its very hard to find things that don't have eggs for breakfast. These all looked so good.
I like your videos really good food recipes wish you could put the recipes at the end of your script like everybody else does would be a lot easier to follow and write down somebody else too made the same comment
When I make breakfast sandwiches I prep my eggs for scrambling but instead I bake the eggs in a rimmed baking sheet. I can then cut the eggs into portions to fit my sandwiches.

I totally for got this way of breakfast it’s been years since I had to make breakfast on the go thank you for the up date recipes I’ll make them so when I don’t feel like makeing breakfast for the hubby he has breakfast it’s a great idea for empty nesters like me thank you for shareing
