Timaree do you always have to use organic lemon and limes if going to use the zest? I cannot find them in my town. So i buy conventional and not zest them. I enjoyed this video as always. What great ideas!

It would be really helpful if you listed the dishes (and timestamps for the start of each) that your guests are preparing for those of us who don't have time to watch an entire video. Writing out the recipes would also be appreciated, assuming your aren't requiring we purchase a book to obtain them.

JOY, JOY, JOY! This is what gushes forth from Timaree Hagenburger, our fabulous wfpe Nutrition Professor. I will borrow from our Zoomunity dear friend, Gina, and agree with her when she wrote Timaree's energy could light up the state! Timaree is the present and future of the wfpe movement. Her background in nutrition as an RDN is seen in her cooking and her food prep, is put to great advantage to support her exercise; let's not forget she is an exercise physiologist! It's also the substance of her work in the college as a nutrition professor and as the founder of her membership platform The Foodie Bar Way of Life plus it's all there in her book, The Foodie Bar Way! She always makes a great guest, never fails at winning us over. She clearly walks her talk and is in excellent, vibrant health. Thank you, Chef AJ and Timaree Hagenburger, for a wonderful way to spend an afternoon! 🙏🙏💟💟💪💪
