Just FYI your Shrimp coconut red curry macros are way off, half the bowl is rice and the dish has cream in it. No world it has only 4.5g of carb.

Been a fan of yours for a while. I'm currently focusing on following the MIND diet (Mediterranean/DASH combo), and one of my biggest issues is overthinking meal prep. I've followed a few different recipe accounts on IG and YouTube, but all the recipes are mostly chicken or beef (red meat is seriously frowned upon on this diet) and that gets really boring really quickly.

Long story short, I'm glad you're putting a focus on healthy meal prep, because your recipe vids are always super helpful for making quick, tasty, and most importantly, adventurous meals.

    Appreciate you, my guy.

would honestly love to see a video with meals for people who are trying to gain weight. to hit the calories i need i would have to eat all 4 of these twice a day. while that isn't the worst and i could double the serving size it'd be neat to see some healthy meals that are calorically dense

I swear I spend $400-$500 for about every three months at the grocery store. I plan 5-6 meals and meal prep those meals and freeze them. I really only buy ingredients for those meals besides my everyday staples. It has saved me so so much money and time. I cook about every week to two weeks depending on my schedule and then I dont have to worry about my meals. I cook mostly soups and vegetarian meals because those keep the best over longer periods of time and in the freezer. I highly recommend it and I feel like I have saved a lot of money with all of the planning, freezing food so it doesn't go bad, and not being in a position where I get take away because I feel too tired to cook on a given night.
