    So, I prepared it today. As you said keep longer so that the bread absorbs milk, that what happened. Milk just vanished, should have taken it out earlier. But the taste remind me when i had it in Dubai. Thank you for this video. Very high quality content.

    Do you know if Rokak is available here in Jerusalem? I'm planning on making it myself, but I'm curious as to why I've seen many different types of pita here (Lebanese, Syrian, Moroccan, Palestinian, etc.) – but not Egyptian…

    Also – have you tried using dried cranberries instead of Raisins?
