    Hi there! I thought your video was so cute and informative. I am 62 and just had surgery and will recover but have gained some weight and cannot do anything workout like programs for at least 6 weeks Other than walking. I am looking to do a high protein low fat diet. I dont want to do low carb. do you have any videos on here that show how to calculate your protein intake for your weight and height? Also would like to have a good weekly meal plan to start off with to get used to what I should be eating to lose the weight. Sorry this is so long but any information will help. Thank you

    I'm, maybe, 60 seconds into this video (first time visitor), and I want to compliment her on how she adjusts her large hand movements to video, which is something many novice YT creators get wrong.

    The rule is: talking hands and arms, and their movements, either fit fully in the frame or NEVER in the frame. Anything in between is distracting.

    No matter how big her arm movements, my eyes can capture them, thereby allowing my mind to ignore them. Kudos!🏆

    Alright, back to high-protein meals…
