I used the pressure cooker to warm up a fully cooked brisket and red skin potatoes at the same time. It turned out really great!
Going to try this on Passover, just got the pot and I'm finding all sorts of Kosher cooking recipies.
Great product>>>ur2.pl/1035 i've had earlier versions of electric pressure cookers and either sent one back and donated the other. They were clunky, heavy and not user friendly. I saw a demo on this one and decided to give it another try. There is a small learning curve but, so far, I'm impressed and very happy with the purchase. It's quick, easy and the clean up is a breeze.
I love that you didn't edit out the failures so we can learn from your mistakes. Thanks for your videos. I find them extremely helpful. I have had my cooker for over a year but have only cooked in it a handful of times because it intimidated me. Your videos give me the confidence to go for it again.
