Those cinnamon rolls look either under cooked or they are just soggy from the stuff you poured on it. And the crust on the bottom looked to soft to be a crust.
Brownies are a bit much, too much going on my for my liking. But too each their own
Needs more time. Remove the foil & give it 10-15 more minutes to finish cooking through & to brown the top.

So you take an angel food cake, butcher it , pour cherry pie filling on it, after you put in a pudding mixture. Since effort is already made, cut a slice of cake, spoon some cherries on it, then put pudding on those or on top. This hodge podge mess is just that a mess. The same for the rest of so called recipes. If putting out these videos , for gods sake, invest in heat resistant flexible spatulas, and use the proper tool for serving. I.e. don't use a spoon style serving instruments when trying to serve a square or rectangle item. It will not work as d demonstrated in your video.
