I add 1/2 c unsweetened shredded coconut, a dash of vanilla, and use only 1/4 c erythritol. Really good, and it’s much easier on my stomach.

Mine came out bland :/ i added a few drops of vanilla extract and used Truvia. Maybe the truvia wasn’t sweet enough?

Made these tonight. Pretty good. Used exact same ingredients, but were runny when i tried fresh out of the oven as others have mentioned. Put them in the freezer for about 10 minutes and good to go!

Aw man, I was so excited to do this. Followed the recipe quite closely and they turned out icky 🙁 Would recommend to anyone trying this to, perhaps, replace the sweetener with natural sweet items, such as vanilla, cinnamon, and other ingredients.
