Dr. BECKY, 👽 Hi…
You are very nice. I have a question? You began by speaking about numerous toxins in our environment. However, you're eating salmon which has," per many labs ; heavy metals, pcbs, diseal fuel traces, and plastics etc. Are you testing your seafood, or how do you mind trick your brain to eat contaminated seafood? Because I get sick just trying …
Thank you!
Why don't you use healthy whole grains like brown rice, buckwheat groats etc?
Where are the recipes?
What happens when I don't have this tea,I live in the Caribbean
This is unrelated to this video but related to you, there is a popular house cleaner on youtube named Angela Brown and you both have almost the same voice. Also great video!
What is the name of the single serve mixer you used and where can I get it?
I have enjoyed your informative videos very much. I would love to eat between 11-6 and think I definitely could adopt this schedule except that I have to take meds in the morning with food. Any suggestions on how to handle this? Thanks in advance!
I love everything about Dr. Becky–her calm voice, pleasant demeanor, clear & succinct teaching, and her food choices & IF schedule. 💞💞
Thank you for sharing what your maintenance calories look like.
I am often told that I do not eat enough, when I have shared what I eat in Facebook groups.
I'm 5'2" 56YO with not nearly enough muscle mass (I need to work on that), have a sedentary job, walk a fair amount. have plenty of excess fat and identified so well with Keith's weight loss resistance frustrations.
After letting those comments mess with my head and trying to reverse diet, I have learned:
I can lose at 1100 calories.
I maintain at 1200-1300
I slowly at 1400
(Following your 0123 protocol, low carb, adequate protein, whole food)
The last thing I want to do is further damage my metabolism by eating too little.
Based on your 1400ish calories….you being taller than me (I think) and at maintenance with a healthy metabolism, it sounds like 1100 may not be too low.
For the salmon in the crock pot, do you cook on high or low?
How do you not keep losing weight on such a low calorie diet everyday?
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I really needed this today. I can't wait to eat now. Have a great day everyone.
I love the mixer. Would love the link of the product. 😊
Almond milk? Really?
I am utterly baffled that a Dr of Chiropractic is an expert on anything other that JUST that. The fact that you use the Dr. title is to mislead people and I believe you are a disgrace to your profession. Either drop the title or clearly state in all your videos how you qualify to speak on these issues without deceiving your audience. I'm sure you have heard this before and are probably numbed by it, but I have not told you this so I am appealing to your conscience and to set a good example for your family. This otherwise will make you a very poor role model for any of your kin to emulate. Sincerely
Lots of great information here. Thanks!
Dr Keith looking great! Thank you for the video 😃
Thanks for giving meal ideas & recipes.
I appreciate you being here !
Great to see a clip of Dr. Keith in this video!
The salmon looks delicious. 😊
One of the best videos you ever did! I love all of them…but somehow this one hit the spot! Thank you!
To see and learn how simple your way of eating can be is just what I needed to see today. In the throes of a sugar addiction, I need to reset my brain to a simple way. Thank you Dr Becky. Good to see hubby there for a few seconds. He’s looking good 👌🏻
Hi Dr. Becky! Any thoughts on Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat Tea?
Good program and info. 👍
Just wondering if there is a good tea that can be bought in the supermarket ? I really can’t afford $61 for a tin of tea.
