I made the stew: I didn't sear the meat, and I used red potatoes. DELICIOUS!! I added the flour at the start, though, and the sauce was nice and thick at serving time. I cannot wait to try the tacos. I love my slow cooker, and I adore these videos!

Your little girl has such beautiful blue eyes!!! Love how she looked at the crockpot like, “Is that my new bathtub?”🤭😂🤣 So funny how you always have baby spoons showing up in your videos, reminds me of when my sister had her kids. She had 3 (each about a year or two apart), so there were baby spoons and forks in practically every drawer.
This video has so many good recipes, not sure where to start! Time to hit the grocery store, gotta get some stew meat and more chicken! Yummy!!!😋😋

Yum! More pasta recipes. That ziti recipe looked so good. And the beef stew. We eat our beef stew over egg noodles. It fills you up a little more. I have never used my mixer to shred anything. But I will now. I have the cordless mixer. And I love it. I have only used it for cookies and cakes. Now I have a new use. I love your videos.

Everything looks delicious! The chicken tortilla soup is my fave but that pork looks tasty at the end. Congrats on your journey you rock Julia. Time to hit my catch phrases. Keep wild bill well fed and raise those babies up right. Stay safe.

I had a question about the beef stew. Do you need to add all that cornstarch to thicken? I have never seen a good amount of a corn starch paste to thicken. I usually just do a slurry of like a tablespoon or 2 of the starch and 2-3 tbls of water. I just wondered if that much paste is needed? Thanks!

Wait wait, there is a slow cooker season? I’ve never been aware of this.

Edit. The beef stew, may I suggest the adding of sour cream when you thicken your broth with the flour. Did that once with chicken paprikash; life changing experience.

Julia, can you please try pouring the broth into the pan you browned the meat in, scrape all the goodness with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula, THEN pour into the crock pot

Another great series of recipes. I’m not sure about others, but the cost of honey here on the East coast is nearly cost prohibitive…any suggestions for substitutes? (At a store close by butter is going for $6.29 a pound and honey is higher than that…yikes!)
