Do you shop in a specialty store for your ingredients…or can they be found in the larger grocery stores? We have a Goya section, which I love to check out, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen the sugar cane there.

I stopped buying commercial flavored creamers. I make my own with some flavors (peppermint mocha) or buy Torani syrups (caramel and salted caramel, pumpkin spice during holidays) but I gotta try this!! Do you only add this or do you add half n half too? I usually add flavor and cream. I'm wondering if I could premix with half n half.

I am here with my water and cinnamon. My piloncillo is 3 inches long they had a few sizes not sure how much to use. 1 or 2 thank you.
This is 👌 excellent. I made it comfortable for my home and did 3 cups of heavy cream to make it a little lighter and cleaned out my Starbucks creamer bottle (which isn't as good) it filled it all the way to the top. So awesome!
For those who can not handle dairy would almond milk work instead of heavy whipping cream. If not what would you suggest to use
I just made my sugar mix and am letting it sit overnight as suggested. Tomorrow, first try at pozole. My house will smell like heaven! Subscribed! Edited to say it turned out perfect when I added cream this morning. I also added a tiny bit of salt to the creamer. Thank you so very much!

That coffee creamer looks great, but I don't drink coffee and did it while working to stay awake only. Those who do drink coffee will love this creamer though.

This looks absolutely delicious!!! Would you reccomend substituting el piloncillo with dark brown sugar if I dont have any on hand? Or piloncillo will yield the best creamer?
This was so good thanks for posting. I got a two for one. Before I added the heavy cream and crystallization. I took some out and used the syrup for my waffles and it was to die for. This is my definite new coffee ☕️ flavor.
Try the Trader Joe’s 100% columbian coffee. Soooooo good!
Plus heavy whipping cream has less sugar then milk and half & half. ❤️

That looks like liquid cinnamon caramel goodness. My mom managed a Caribu for a while. Heaven if you like coffee. Girl that could be awesome drizzled over Apple 🍎pie and I've cream. Lots of uses!
