So you could soak up the excess meat water with a paper towel OR you could turn up the heat, cook for longer to create brown bits on the bottom. Then deglaze the pan and BOOM extra flavour.
Remember it's about developing layers of flavour.

I AM A FORMER G SALT-O-HOLIC, BUT NEXT TIME YOU GET A CHANCE, GRAB A TUBE OF MORTON "NATURE's SEASONING" AND ADD A CONTAINER OF GENERIC GARLIC POWDER TO IT!!!

I PROMISE IT WILL MAKE YOU A CONVERT – FOR LIFE!!! 💜❤️💜❤️

    BTW… WHERE's THE SUGAR!?
NEXT TIME YOU MAKE THIS YUMMY DISH, PUT 1/2 tsp OF SUGAR IN IT WITH THE PASTA! IT REDUCES THE ACID AND ENHANCES THE FLAV!

PS. LOVE THE SEXY BEARD MY FRIEND! CHEERS TO YOU AND YOUR LOVELY FAM! #Subscribed 👍🤗
