    I definitely can see you having your own restaurant you're an amazing cook that steak and cabbage looks absolutely delicious and so does the pea salad only thing about the pea salad is that I can't eat peas I like peas but I can't eat them because I'm allergic to them LOL

    I make my cabbage similar to yours. It's honestly a winter staple at home When I cook for my parents, I don't add onion or garlic. Ma gets stomach issues with garlic. I toast up some cumin seeds in oil, add a dash of kashmiri red chilli, tumeric, garam masala and add some potato cubes to my cabbage.
    Dad loves it with rice or flatbread
