The hotdogs with the boxed mac and cheese and baked green beans looked very good. I really liked the hot dog recipe you had for it. I wanna have that plate 😀

I joined your channel about 2 months ago. It is becoming one of my favorite, “Got to watch” YouTube creators! 29:02 I’m truly enjoying your channel and your personality & content. Hey Brooke what about putting cream cheese & raspberry jam in rice pudding? That would be my bomb!!!

I love how you elevate weenies and sausage…so you don't feel poor, as you once said. On a very tight budget most kids would enjoy what you cooked….because you made it with love!

I would love to see you get a box of food from a food bank or a government giveaway (sometimes at elementary schools) or a church giveaway and see what you could fix with that (you probably do not qualify to receive the free food–but they might give you a portion as an experiment for your videos)…dts/usa

I think you can get cheaper at Walmart (especially on sale)–rotel tomatoes ($1 per can); DO NOT apologize for needing to feed your family and keep hunger at bay–you do what you need to–you go girl; I have watched videos with brave women feeding their kids by cooking one egg and one biscuit for a meal–and one who wrapped up one hot dog in a piece of white bread and pan fried it for one meal–another fried one plantain for a meal–so, please do not apologize for ANYTHING–you go…help any way you can…dts/usa

best proteins at dollar tree: beans; burritos; shrimp or chicken egg rolls (large–single roll-cut in 1/2 after heating); pack of 6 eggs; cheese (fried mozarella sticks are bomb–air fry them); sometimes fish in the freezer section; tuna (cheaper at Walmart); jamaica beef patties (like an empanada) in a crust…the sausage and hot dogs are not bad…dts/usa

I buy wonton wrappers and stuff them with cream cheese, fry it up, and make a dip out of jam/jelly, maple syrup, honey, or whatever I have available for them. It’s a nice, crispy, sweet treat that makes a TON on a budget.

I love that your videos include lunches! I also homeschool and my husband teleworks a couple of days each week and I use soooooo many of your lunch ideas. They're happy to have something other than leftovers, pb and j or plain grilled cheese and I'm happy that they're not complaining 😆

Brooke, I just love this channel. So positive. This week’s meals were out of this world creative! Not everyone has your imagination so you give people great ideas! I’m going to try that bbq hot dog dinner. I like to throw in a garlic clove with my green beans when I bake mine. I’ll have to try Parmesan.

    Cute hair!! 💖

Oooohhhh gaawdddd I haven't had a grilled cream cheese & jam sandwich in *AAAAAGESSS* probably since I was a kid! It always reminded me of the Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs book, when it rained those sandwiches haha 🥰🥰🥰😋😋😋
