    Dear Thomas,

    I would like to thank you for the inspirational and extremely well detailed videos you are producing. I am 40 years old and had been struggling with my weight my whole life. I had limited success for short periods of time in the past, but as I was aging my weight just kept coming back and I was coming to terms that my age and genetic makeup was beginning to get the better of me.

    Using your videos and those of other inspirational people such as dr. Jason Fung, Eric Berg, I was able to lose 20kgs / 44lbs in 5 months, going from 101.5kgs / 224lbs to 81.5kg / 180lbs. I am basically back to the weight I never managed to come down to in the past 16 years, and I did so by feeling great, with ever-increasing levels of energy and all my medical tests showing that I am completely healthy.

    What is different this time compared to other times I had lost weight is that I now have a much better understanding of what is going on in my body and why I hadn't been able to lose that weight in the past. I never thought intermittent fasting combined with a low-carb diet can have such a huge impact on my health and wellbeing, and I never thought it was possible to lose all that extra weight at 40.

    Knowing that you went through a similar transformation story, I would like to thank you both for the inspiration as well as for the very useful information you provide every day.

    I think it's time for you to eat a few extra carbs man. You could just eat barley, potato and sorghum… they're loaded with nutrients. That low amount of body fat looks extremely unnatural on you bud lol

    Yep. Had 2 glasses of wine for the first time since New Years on Valentines, bread pudding for desert. Hit the ACV when Ingot home and then first thing this morning. Fasted til dinner and still dropped 1 lbs.

    Would ACV tablets have any effect or does it have to b straight ACV? My taste buds really don't appreciate the taste of ACV, though I could probably do it by holding my nose, then chasing it with lots of something else.

    this is an AD. and the studies showed only statistical changes, not relevant in the real world. If you want to look like him, take steroids and , workout daily and eat lots of protein. Thats it, no youtube channel needed that spams you with information that changes 0.001%

    (Harry here) Great information Thomas. I like using Apple Cider Vinegar for just that reason. Even though I have not eaten sugar in years, at least I've tried to, going out for food you always get some. But, I try to have a few swigs of it when I come home to try and possibly help with just that problem. It doesn't hurt to try right.
