    These chickpea recipes look good. Will try. Right now I have the "deli meat" in the oven, and finished making the potato wrap. They turned out good, but I had to cook mine a little longer because I made them too thick. Even after cooking longer, I flipped them and cooked a bit more without the parchment on top. Turned out fine. They are good and think it will be great for my sandwich…but I should have put more salt. I used less than you had cause I am trying to reduce salt…but it needed a pinch more, but I can just add salty pickles to my sandwich or salt the filling if needed. This will be a fun sandwich! Thanks Stasia for all your content..you are very original in your thinking up recipes. I have liked just about everything so far…except Brussel Sprouts !! ;-0
