Very interesting looking gadget. I love when food is cooked in the clay pots, the aroma( sondhi sondhi khushbu) is to die for. The size of this pressure cooker looks enormous, could have been more compact for easy lifting and storage.

Looks great…are there any limitations on the recipes which can be cooked in this?
I have never owned in instapot I usually just use regular pot on my stove and keep it on low but I always got to be there to keep an eye on it that looks like it would be very good for fresh baked beans which I love because I'm vegetarian I love race also and it looked like it came out amazing so much I felt like I could smell it and taste it and the yogurt looks really good I'm trying to learn how to make that also
