That “freedom & autonomy “ is what has our country in the terrible state we’re in. It’s all about being selfish, it all can’t all be about us! In other countries like japan or Korea for example, the main driving force is what’s good for the the community, which in my opinion is the way to go.

I am taking a break. I found myself going off the rails so I decided to take time off (after being mostly keto for about 3 years) my plan is to go back to keto Dec 1 in preparation or a January fast. I guess we will see how that goes. It’s amazing how fast you gain weight on a break though.

I'd like to see your 20 book recommendation Matt. The books that have influenced my life have mostly been autobiographies. My favorite being PIMP: The story of my life by iceBerg Slim. I highly recommend this book to any male. It gives great advice on how to keep your female partner(s) in alignment.

Definitely Amy Winehouse… She was just getting started. Also, Kurt Cobain, Jimi Hendrix, both died too young. Prince's death was a blow for me, growing up in the 70-80s and a huge fan.

This is the height of hubris and privilege. A man with no medical or nutritional science degree grifting the unsuspecting contemplates freedom. This man has made a considerable living hawking products and a lifestyle, but doesn't want anyone telling him what to do. I can't imagine why.

Try eating tums with meal, if nothing else available it’s great emergency backup to help with interstial Cystitis. Over the counter med called Prelief really does help when you have hard time resisting that spicy or citrus food. Have a few options because same treatment doesn’t always work on next flare up 😢. Best Wishes ❤️

Megha – Your symptoms sound exactly like mine . . . it feels like you have a UTI but you keep testing negative. It’s pelvic floor dysfunction. Ask your doctor for a referral for pelvic floor physical therapy. And in the meantime, also ask for a muscle relaxant to get you through the worst of it (if it’s safe while breast feeding). Flexeril is a miracle pill for pelvic floor tension (and very inexpensive. I couldn’t believe I spent all this money on trying to find out what was wrong and $1.10 prescription gave me immediate relief). It will make your whole body feel super relaxed, but you won’t have that severe pain and you’ll get a great night’s sleep. There’s also a pelvic floor physical therapist that has a fantastic YouTube channel with exercises. Her name is Dr. Bri. Start watching her exercises. Oddly enough, that squat Matt was doing is an incredible pelvic floor exercise I do often. You will get through this, I promise. The pain will go away. I wish you all the best ❤️

Megha, I was diagnosed with IC over 20 years ago. Dr. Gave me Detrol. I took that for a while and it helped. They have a IC web site with the latest help on there. I get over the counter pills Prelief. It helps. Diet helps the most. No diet sugar, coffee, diet pop. Etc. Hopes this helps. ❤️
