Your kids are adorable! I love that you included them. You are teaching them how to make healthy choices. I also appreciated the recap at the end of the video. I am going to have to look for some of that next time I go to my local TJ. One thing I really like to get are the salami and cheese lunch packs. They are only 110 cal and round pieces of salami and provolone. It’s kind of like a lunchable

Pre keto I would get the baked ricotta lemon cheese along with their Meyer lemon crisp cookies. OMG it is so good. Addicting. Haven’t had it for 2 holiday seasons. I could never risk having it in the house. Merry Christmas Nili and family. 🎄🎅🏼🧑🏿🎄

The maple espresso tea is so good. Pumpkin Rooibos tea is nice also.
