I wonder if your eyes might be better in the morning due to the intermittent fasting? If you have allergic/inflammation reactions to food or metabolic problems, there are a lot of people that once you eat just about anything inflammation, allergic complexes, or metabolic problems can start. So I wonder if its after you eat breakfast that your eyesight goes downhill. I know myself much of the time I feel and function the best during the fasting period then when I eat I think less clearly and feel worse.

Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you’re doing weight bearing exercise you’re building muscle and it won’t look like your losing weight on the scale but you’ll feel and look better.

That's funny that you said the outside light is good for your eyes.
My eye doctor told me no matter the day, if I go outside I need to wear dark sunglasses because I have the eyes of an albino. Not sure why I always have to wear the sunglasses, but he said it's better for my eyes. Weird huh

I have had uvelitis. I was going blind in left eye. Pain and burning was bad. I was diagnosed with RA and fibromyalgia. I feel much better without sugar. I also have AMD in eyes. I get shots in left eye. I don’t share my pain experience usually. I love intermittent fasting. So glad you feel better Seven!!!

Fat loss has a hierarchy . 1st is inside the liver, then visceral fat inside and around organs, then fat on the heart, and fat in between muscle come off with diet and fasting.and the fat in the skin comes of by exercise or moving.

I think the missing twenty pounds crossed state lines…I may have found them in Utah! Thank you for sharing this. I’m looking into it. I have lots of health problems, but uveitis sounds incredibly scary. So glad it is helping Steve with that.

Oh my he has to get that last one out. Steph. Please find the book, it's all in your head by dr. Henry Huggins. Its an older book, but it's all about the almagme fillings. They can do an urine test to see if the mercury is still his body. Did he have an iv drip of vitamin c after dental work?

Ditto to you both!!!! Steve I also am full of arthritis. It runs in our family. I had back surgery 4 years ago and it felt real good at first, but then as I went back to work, events have led to falls and lifting to much weight, my back has gotten really bad again. The first 2 weeks I started my life style change journey. My back was really sore, but I think I was detoxing my body from eating all the wrong foods, and this week it is starting to feel better. Thank you for this update and the food video's!!

Wow! 29 days already? That went by fast! You two look great and I bet you feel great! I'm not sure I could do the fasting since I'm diabetic. I saw your video about the Carnivore Crisps! You were making me hungry eating ALL those yummy flavors. I got on the link that you provided and ordered some. I can't wait to try them!! Steve I hope you get more relief as you get further into this diet. It's no fun hurting, I can vouch for that! Oh and the thing about going to the dentist 🦷. I'm right there with you! Scared to death to go see the dentist. I had ALL my metal fillings removed and I'm so glad I did. I have caps on my front teeth and on one of my big tooth the cap broke in half and I had to glue it bath it looked bad! I am happy to say that I have had the two front teeth fixed! I'm gonna need more dental work.

Wow!! Amazing results for you, Steve! I definitely need to get on this program. I was diagnosed with CML, a form of leukemia, in 2006. I was put on Gleevic 400mg daily for the rest of my life. It actually improved my vision. However, in 2016, my oncologist took me off of the medication. It cured me. But, now my vision is awful and that sucks because I love doing crafts that tax my vision. In 2013, I herniated 2 discs in my lower back and have been on painkillers since. I've had to add acupuncture to that because the oxy doesn't always help the pain. Insurance doesn't help pay for that treatment at all. It's 85 dollars every 2 to 3 weeks. I've also developed osteoarthritis in my hands and feet.
Yeah, I need to start this program.
Thank you both for all the great information. Sorry for the long post.

Steph you work out plenty. All that speed walking to the dumpsters is your cardio. The jumping and hanging over the dumpster is working your legs. Balancing on the edge of the dang thing is basically a “plank” !! I can rationalize not working out for anyone. I hate it!

I have Rheumatoid arthritis, and my red blood cells fight my white blood cells . The pain is horrible. I don't take any of my medications bc they told me I have cirrhosis of the liver bc of medications. I hate having this autoimmune disease😪
Glad this is working for Steve.

One thing I just realized. I got busy doing things and had no time to look at the computer screen and you 2 when you do a talk like this should put it up on some pod cast sites. You 2 are that good and enjoyed the talk.

You should include the Amazon link to the sweet potato glass noodles. I found them on Amazon but would've preferred to give you some credit for my purchase. The noodles were fun and my adult son got a kick out of it.

Guys If you guys switch to the clean Keto diet with IF(intermittent Fasting) 18hrs, you'd be on a whole new level. Avoiding processed sugar, and using healthier sweetner (monk fruit, stevia, allulose). Thomas Delauer youtube channel was instrumental on my journey. He has several videos for people 40+ and how to step by step follow the program.
