I really enjoy and appreciate most of your recipes and make some of them regularly but the idea of cooking anyones bones in a pot and then consuming the product makes me want to throw up. The claim that it is nourishing is honestly pretty ridiculous to me. It's kinda like watching a 1960's commercial that has a voiceover from a 'doctor' pitching a particular brand of cigarettes as 'healthy'. I grew up seeing those commercials and wasn't offended at the time but even as a kid my gut told me that the doctor was lying. I'm sure that there are some 'smokers' in the audience and this recipe will appeal to them, but I think there are increasing numbers who are listening to their 'gut' about meat. I'm still going to check your blog from time to time looking for vegan ideas but I'm unsubscribing from this channel and email notifications. I think you are a talented cook with a great concept and a very well organized and easy to navigate webpage. I hope this recipe catches the eye of carnivores and as a result they they stumble upon your vegan options and give some of those recipes a try.
