Excellent!! Thank you!
This was so informative and inspiring. I already have several new ideas for quick meals in a jar! Thanks so much.
Oh, GOSH! You just taught me, FINALLY, how to use my jar-lid opener! ROFL! Well-done. I KNEW there had to be a better way! Instant meals are awesome, and so much less costly than from the store. My sis bought me a meals in a jar book. LOVE that thing.

Could you add captions for us deaf and hard if hearing folks. We would greatly appreciate it!!!
This was an interesting comparison. My first thought when you were getting the trays ready was I wonder if it can be powdered to use like bouillon seasoning. LOL Great information as always!!
Thanks so much for the idea of powdering for bouillon. I've been trying to find a cleaner chicken bouillon as most have so many weird ingredients. It's like you read my mind, ha.
I would agree that store bought canned chicken is softer thanhome canned. This would be good for camping meals.
The low carb world will use the powdered chicken as flour.
I’m going to have my brother FD for me until I can get my own…love this thank you❤❤

i did this for dog treats kept it in a mason jar in the fridge for 4 months and then it ran out
This has definitely given me some great ideas for backpacking meals. I requested, and received, a dehydrator for Christmas and your channel has been so helpful! I've already done apples (both plain and cinnamon/sugar) and orange slices. Can't wait to try other things from my garden later this year! Thank you so much for all the videos you've done!
Sweet. I do find it intriguing. I'm gonna give it a try, stick it in my freezer, and take it on my camping/hiking/roadtrip.
What a cool project! I can just imagine how nice it would be to make 'instant' cream of chicken soup mix with that. Thanks, Darcy!
Can you use the dehydrated/powdered chicken to make pemmican?
Ty
If you put it in a jar and vacuum seal the jar, will that make it more shelf stable?
I’ve been dehydrating meat like this for the past year. I tried it because of space issues with my limited food storage space and it’s been a game changer. Love it.
Can we do this with roasted chicken we run through a meat grinder-as long as we drain and rinse it?
I thought the pullup lids might not have as long a shelf life as regular sealed cans.
