I like to make more than we’re going to eat that one meal. We love leftovers. I also pack them up in individual meals. They go in the freezer for grab and go lunches for work.
Both of these recipes are a favorite for us. They both delicious and I'm trying to decide which to make first.
These recipes both look amazing! I get it about feeding a crowd, we have 11 children, some with spouses, and 5 grandchildren. We have big family dinner once a week and it gets crowded in our house. I am betting that they will love your recipes. Looking forward to trying them.

I have a big family also so this is just right. I think if there were any left overs it would be a nice meal to have ready in the freezer. I think I'd put the chicken in a smaller bag and the rice in a larger bag, then put the chicken inside the rice bag. Ready made meal! I make sweet and sour chicken this way also. It's so easy and reasonably inexpensive to feed a larger family. Thanks for sharing!
