Lady I didn't eat……I couldn't figure out why I was so hungry. Your videos are so good I literally thought I had eaten…… Yes I did. Exactly we need to talk lol

    Hey Mandy! I have those same earrings btw! Do yours have a brown stone? Mine have yellow 😁. Soo, I made Lauren's Indian chicken! I think I may have added more French dressing than the recipe states. If I make it again I will use a 2-1 ratio in favor of the cranberry! But what I wanted to ask you is, what size crock you used in the meatball soup, 8qt?

    The potato soup would be good if you add shrimp or crawfish, it makes it almost like a crawfish/shrimp boil soup! We make it all the time with left overs from a boil!

    If you don’t have buttermilk make some. Use one cup milk and one tablespoon of plain vinegar. Let it sit about twenty minutes. You have cooking buttermilk not drinking

    You could always just fill your measuring cup to two cups with warm milk and let it sit on the counter for a couple hours. That should be enough time for the live bacteria in the buttermilk to do their magic and turn the regular milk into butter milk. Or close enough. Ideally, overnight would be best but it would work in a pinch.
    My mother bought buttermilk a few times a year. The rest of the time she just topped up the carton with plain milk when it got low and left it on the counter for a few hours.
